Regal Palms
is a walled and gated community with around-the-clock security
and check-in facilities. There is a choice of four different
models, the Antigua, Cayman, Jamaica and the Bermuda - specification
includes a comprehensive furnishings package, central air-conditioning,
a fully equipped luxury kitchen with all electrical appliances,
upgraded carpets, ceramic tiles in the entrance foyer, kitchen,
breakfast room, utility room and all bathrooms and a lockable
owners closet with floor safe.
The club
house will feature a restaurant and bar, business centre with
internet facilities, games room and a variety of guest services
including 24 hour check-in, maintenance and customer care centre.
A second
building will house the conference centre with facilities for
up to 200 delegates. A gymnasium, spa and health and beauty
complex will be located in a third building. The private grounds
feature a very large tropical pool complex with two heated pools,
lazy river, waterfalls and water slide, a central island, extensive
sun decks, children's play area and two floodlit tennis courts.
